A non-refundable deposit of £150 per car is required on booking
The balance is to be paid no later than 4 weeks before the hire date
For the consideration of other clients, passengers are NOT permitted to smoke in the vehicle
The client is responsible for the conduct of all passengers
we reserve the right to invoice the client for any repairs, replacements or valeting costs arising from damage to the vehicle or its fixtures caused by the client or passengers
In the unlikely event that we are unable to complete your booking for all reasons beyond our control, an alternative car may be offered or a full refund given. Beyond this we will not be liable
No responsibility will be accepted for restrictions relating to vehicle access at the location
Although we will take every care, no responsibility will be accepted for any loss or damage to luggage or personal property.
Any luggage/items are the sole responsibility of the hirer and must be removed by the client at the end of the hire period.In relation to convertible vehicles, it is at the sole discretion of the chauffeur whether the roof should be lowered or removed where applicable.
The booking is accepted based on the times and itinerary stated on the booking confirmation. We may invoice the client for additional time at our standard hourly rate.
The chauffeur may refuse to transport passengers or luggage if the vehicle is overloaded and may terminate the booking if the client or passengers cause excessive delays, are disorderly or, in the chauffeur’s judgement, are unfit to travel.
Although we will endeavour to meet deadlines we accept no responsibility for any delays, however caused.
We reserve the right to use any photography of the booking in conjunction with our advertising campaigns. If you wish not to have your photos users please put this in writing before the booking takes place.
Bookings are accepted only on the understanding that the client understands and accepts the above conditions and payment of the deposit signifies such an understanding.
